Shipping policy

1. Carrier & Insurance

All orders are shipped insured with DHL GoGreen and include full door-to-door tracking.

2. Delivery Times*

EU	DHL Standard	2–8 business days
International	DHL Standard	7–12 business days

*Delivery times shown are transit times only and do not include the time we need to prepare and hand over your parcel to DHL.

3. Shipping Rates (insured)

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on total parcel weight. The final shipping cost will be shown during checkout before completing the order. All prices include legally required VAT where applicable.

4. Tracking

As soon as your parcel ships, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress online 24/7.

5. Customs & Taxes

Parcels sent outside the EU (e.g. to the USA) may incur import duties, taxes or customs fees that are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

6. Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of incomplete or incorrect address information, refusal of delivery or missing customs details, we reserve the right to charge the actual costs incurred for return shipment or storage.

7. Damaged Parcels

Inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of both packaging and product so we can arrange a solution.
